Privacy
Rafters is a free NBA prediction game run by VZero Labs. This page says what we keep about you and why. Last updated 18 October 2026.
What we keep
- Your sign-in details. Your email address. If you sign in with Google, also the name and profile photo link on your Google account.
- Your leaderboard name. Your first name to start with. You can change it on your account page.
- Your picks. Your standings and award picks, and when you saved them.
- Your Rafters ID, if you joined with an invite.
Who sees your picks
Nobody else, until the season locks at the first tip-off. After that, everyone’s picks and leaderboard names are visible to other players, so the leaderboard can be checked.
How the site is used
We use PostHog to see which pages people visit, what they click and where they get stuck, including recordings of visits. Anything typed into a box is hidden from those recordings. When you’re signed in, visits are linked to your account number, not your email.
Services we use
- Vercel runs the website.
- Supabase stores accounts and picks.
- Resend sends sign-in emails.
- PostHog measures how the site is used.
- Google signs you in, if you choose Google.
- Player photos and team logos load from NBA.com’s servers, which see that your browser asked for them.
These services may store data outside your country. We don’t sell your data, show ads, or share it with anyone else.
Cookies and storage
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember that you were let in while Rafters is invite only. PostHog uses its own cookie to tell visits apart. Picks you make before signing in are kept in your browser until you save them.
Deleting your account
Email rafterssupport@vzerolabs.com from the address you signed in with, and we’ll delete your account and picks. The same address answers any other question about your data.
